The District Portal is where a District can access many functions that will allow you to view and edit your schedules, teams, players, team officials, ID cards and discipline in Qscriptor.

Access
A link to the District Portal can be found in the navigation bar. The direct url is https://toysl.qscriptor.com/district-portal/access

An account is required to be able to log in and access the District Portal. The League issues district accounts and the district is responsible for the administration, distribution and security of their account.

Once you have an active account, go to the login page, enter your username and password and click Log In.

In order to log into your account, you must agree to Google's Terms of Service, used to secure the website.
